Case Study: Hivemind Network: From 2,000 followers to X4 and being featured three times in the Financial Times

Hivemind Network approached Blufin with strong expertise but limited visibility. Their thought leadership wasn’t reaching the decision-makers who needed to see it. Our goal: position them as industry authorities and elevate their presence beyond LinkedIn.

Strategic Solution

I introduced a structured content system built around “Expert of the Month” : a series that spotlighted individual consultants through long-form posts, carousels, and thought-leadership insights. This shifted the brand from a collective of consultants to a platform of recognised experts.

Alongside this, I rebuilt their LinkedIn strategy with narrative-driven storytelling, data-backed insights, and consistent publishing rhythms designed to increase authority and engagement.

Key Result:

This content gained significant traction, reaching industry groups and ultimately being discovered by Statista and being voted into the Financial Times three consecutive years. This work led by Blufin led directly to Hivemind Network being featured in the Financial Times, a major milestone in their brand positioning.
